Introduction
The Sent.io™ DIRECT2CLOUD I/O gateway is perfect for stand-alone IoT
monitoring in a variety of applications including building management, oil
and gas, water/wastewater and much more.
Sent.io™ Modbus RTU can read and write modbus registers in any
Modbus RTU compatible device including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators,
and more. Its read rules are configured from the cloud and can be setup
to read and push up to thirty-two process values. Modbus read rules are
executed continuously to support real-time alert notification when there
are problems. Process variables are pushed to the cloud every 5 minutes.
Sent.io™ Modbus RTU gives you an easy path to bring existing
automation, SCADA, PLC or field I/O to the cloud so you customers and
stakeholders can monitor and manage remotely using their mobile phone
or PC.
Sent.io™ communicates securely to the cloud using a built in 4G Cat M1
modem so it does not require access to customer networks or support
from customer IT personnel. Our proprietary Cat M1-MC™ technology
allows Sent.io™ to seemlessly switch between AT&T, T-Mobile, and
Verizon, ensuring reliability without the need for separate SIM cards.
