When properly mounted, this sensor can detect temperatures in the range of -40 to 85 degrees celsius. The thermistor is contained within a 7.6 centimeter stainless steel housing that can be used in air, food products, and most liquids. It is available with a 15.2 centimeter and 91.4 centimeter cable.We offer other temperatures probe configurations that can be used in a variety of applications.
