When properly mounted, this sensor can detect temperatures in the range of -40 to 185 degrees fahrenheit. The thermistor is contained within a 3 inch stainless steel housing that can be used in air, food products, and most liquids. It is available with a 6 inch and 3 foot cable.We offer other temperatures probe configurations that can be used in a variety of applications.
